SHIPPING & PICK UP POLICY

I'm pleased to let you know that there is NO SHIPPING FEES added at checkout for orders within the continental USA. YAY!
(Please message me for orders outside the US.)

LOCAL PICK UP

For all my local supporters, there is a discount code for local pick up.
Please use "LOCAL" in the checkout and include your phone number.

PACKAGING

The pottery is securely wrapped to protect it against typical shipping and handling hazards. 

​

DELIVERY

We endeavor to package and ship your pieces within 2-3 working days from your purchase. After a collection release, expected timeframes will be closer to 7-10 working days. Thank you for your patience as we work to get your pieces safely to their destinations! 

DAMAGED or DELAYED GOODS

We work to protect your pieces so they arrive safely! If a product does arrive damaged, please let us know within 14 days of the purchase date, and we'll be happy to make things right. No refunds will be given after 14 days of purchase.

If for some reason a package does not arrive, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase date and we will make things right. If you report a missing parcel after this date, we are unable to provide a refund/replacement. 

RETURNS

If a piece arrives undamaged, but you decide you do not want it, you may return the piece within 14 days of the purchase date. A full refund will be made only after the piece has arrived back safely. We will not make a refund before the piece has been returned.

Temunah Pottery will not pay for return shipping for pieces that were undamaged by initial shipping. The customer making the return is fully responsible to package the piece for safe return travel. If the item being returned is broken in transit, the buyer will be held responsible, and no refund will be made.
